2. Scope of License

The Developer grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s Usage Rules. This license also allows access via Family Sharing or volume purchasing, where applicable.

3. Maintenance and Support

The Developer is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services. If you require assistance, contact the Developer at:

  • Email: beratdeniz.e@gmail.com

Support is available Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 (GMT+3).

4. Warranty

The App is provided “as is,” and the Developer disclaims all warranties not effectively disclaimed by law. In the event of a failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple to receive a refund of the purchase price (if applicable). Apple has no other warranty obligations regarding the App.

5. Product Claims

The Developer is responsible for addressing any claims related to the App or your use of it, including but not limited to:

  • Product liability claims,
  • Failure to meet legal or regulatory requirements,
  • Claims under consumer protection, privacy, or similar laws.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

If a third party claims the App infringes their intellectual property rights, the Developer will handle the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of the claim.

7. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist-supporting” country.
  • You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

8. Developer Name and Address

10. Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce its terms against you.

11. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App offers free access with optional subscription purchases to remove advertisements and watermarks on generated content. Subscription payments are billed through your Apple account and are subject to Apple’s payment policies.

12. Termination
